About the job We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Customer Collaboration Manager as a part of our talented and dynamic supply chain team based in Melbourne.
You will drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions to accelerate commercial success for the business and our customers.
Reporting to the Head of Demand & Customer Supply Chain, you will be responsible for delivering key retailer metrics such as service level, delivery performance, promotional execution, collaborative forecasting, and inventory holdings.
You will lead a team of integrated supply planners, and drive order to cash efficiencies with key stakeholders to optimize the end-to-end value chain.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Manage the end-to-end supply chain from supply planning with customers to delivery of route to market.
Manage and support both internal and customer KPI delivery including case fill, forecast accuracy, delivery on time/in full, and key events execution.
Create supply chain value by developing a 12-month Customer Supply Chain Joint Business Plan (JBP), fostering collaboration, aligning business targets, and regularly reporting progress.
Contribute & influence demand planning activities to ensure the best outcomes for customer and promotional execution.
Manage effective stock holding and demand collaboration between Danone and customer.
About you You are a proactive and seasoned Relationship Manager with a proven track record in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You enjoy working towards results, love dealing with different people daily, and can handle ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Your agility and proven track record of managing key customers and internal stakeholders, strong influencing and team management skills will see you succeed in this role.
Ideally, you will have: Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
At least 5 years of FMCG supply chain experience/customer-facing experience advantageous/supply & demand planning is desired.
Experience of leading and motivating a small team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with ease.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
A can-do attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
