We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager on a 14-month fixed term contract.
This role will be responsible for owning and managing the customer marketing strategy and communications execution for APAC.
While this role has regional responsibilities, there is an expectation of alignment with Global teams and processes.
Partnering closely with marketing and customer success teams, you will support the execution of successful customer lifecycle campaigns, acquisition activities and product related communications, designed to provide a cohesive customer experience and support customer loyalty and growth.
This includes identifying new opportunities, staying across the latest industry trends to provide best practice recommendations.
Key Responsibilities include: Support and contribute to the customer lifecycle strategy set by Head of Customer Success.
Manage the build, scheduling and sending of customer marketing campaigns and automated workflows out of Hub Spot.
Manage and optimise the business customer strategy and understand the overall customer experience, ensuring it complements other communications channels.
Create personalised and segmented nurture journeys based on customer personas and lifecycle stage.
Assist Campaign Managers to understand, optimise and evolve existing automations, driving regular improvements at each stage of the customer journey.
Support the Customer team and Campaign Managers to develop customer marketing strategies based on customer personas and pain points and apply them to existing customer marketing activities.
Understand best practice email marketing, providing recommendations to the team and project manage email marketing programs with a customer-first lens.
Regularly share plans, performance and learnings with the business to ensure clear understanding of the role of lifecycle marketing and to align to the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with and support the APAC Digital Customer Success team to ensure alignment of journeys across the customer experience.
Partner closely with Marketing Operations to ensure best practice customer communications and database management processes are in place.
The ideal candidate will have a growth marketing mindset and demonstrated success acquiring new business in a B2 B tech environment.
They will be a talented data-driven marketing leader who can clearly measure impact of programs and adapt as required.
This role requires someone who can think strategically but also roll up their sleeves to execute in this agile environment.
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Solid experience in a Customer Marketing Manager or similar position.
Proven results running lifecycle marketing campaigns, backend technical abilities advantageous.
Strong project management skills and a can-do attitude.
Ability to influence best practice habits across the team.
Experience working in and managing Hub Spot and/or other systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Gainsight.
Experience using Salesforce CRM and managing data exports and segmentation.
Experience in planning and managing effective automated marketing workflows that support and optimise the customer experience.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with proven ability to author impactful content.
Excel at collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders across functional groups and locations to achieve the team and organisational goals.
