As the Customer Service Administrator located in Mildura, you'll be the glue that holds everything together! You'll be in charge of keeping our office organised, basically you're the office superhero we've been waiting for! What You'll Be Doing Managing invoices and entering processing claims like a pro, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Preparing sales orders, liaising with customers regarding the deliveries, making their heads spin with your great customer service skills.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, processing credit card payments and receipting all incoming goods like an extraordinaire.
Assisting in organising team events, safety committee meetings, analysing monthly stocktake figures, inputting daily production data to make sure the team stays on course.
Being the go-to person for all things administrative.

Exceptional organisational skills and fantastic attention to detail.
A master of Microsoft Office.
