With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships with our members.
What you will be doing: Hit the ground running with this inbound phone-based contact centre position.
With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge.

Permanent full-time role - commencing Monday, 14th October 2024.
5-week rotational shift roster - includes every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with shifts scheduled between the hours of 7.00am – 6.00pm.

The successful applicant will: Experience in a fast-paced customer service & sales and/or retail environment - essential Be highly motivated with a positive nature, Have strong personal initiative and enthusiasm, Have a passion for delivering high-quality sales and service experiences, Be an active listener and ask questions to effectively determine needs and solutions, Have strong verbal and written communication skills, and Be able to achieve both individual and team goals.
