As an AAMI specialist, you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for: Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and services Handling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needs Achieving sales and service targets set for car and home insurance Addressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely manner Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policies What you'll bring To thrive in this role, you will need: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for customers Motivation to achieve and surpass goals consistently A collaborative spirit, capable of engaging effectively both virtually and in person High resilience and adaptability to navigate change A proactive mindset for continuous learning and innovative thinking Shift & Hours We are currently recruiting for part-time positions for the below shift options: Option 1: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri – 30 hours per week – start window between 9am-11am Option 2: Sat, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri – 25 hours per week – start window 9.30am-11.30am on Saturday and 11.30am-1.30pm on weekdays* 'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.
You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
You will receive 100% loading after 12pm on the Saturday.

This training will be held onsite at our Narre Warren office.
Work from home requirements As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly.
You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following: Home phone line or VOIP connection Good quality internet connection, ergonomic set up including keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, chair and a private space.
