About the role: Our Electrification & Innovation (E&I) business helps Australians transition to a cleaner energy future by swiftly developing sustainable, scalable electrification products. We enhance our offerings and invest in innovative concepts to create lasting change.The Customer Specialist role focuses on building strong customer relationships across various products to ensure exceptional experiences. This includes supporting emerging services like electric vehicle subscriptions and home electrification while collaborating with suppliers and field service providers for smooth operations.Additionally, the role gathers customer insights to refine products and processes, integrating feedback for scalable growth. It is part of the Operations Enabling Function, managing critical logistics and continuously improving sales and service processes. What you'll be doing: Deliver exceptional support throughout the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction from quotation to billing and installation. Build meaningful relationships by educating customers on products and connecting them with electrification opportunities tailored to their needs. Provide comprehensive assistance, including troubleshooting and warranty management, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues promptly. Proactively engage potential customers, showcasing the unique benefits of electrification products to drive sales and contribute to business growth. Work closely with suppliers and field service partners to ensure seamless logistics and installations, enhancing the overall customer experience. Support the entire customer lifecycle, contributing to process design and improvements while maintaining compliance and achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS). About you: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the energy, electrification, or technology sector. Solid understanding of electrification technologies and innovations. Familiarity with the electric vehicle and/or home electrification market is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Positive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work autonomously in a team with a flat structure in a fast-paced environment.
