Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions and admin function.
Full time Monday to Friday role, located in Keilor East.

Role requirements and responsibilities: Based@Keilor East Care Community located 13km north-west of Melbourne CBD so our residents and their families can enjoy being conveniently close to local cafes, restaurants, Milleara and Highpoint Shopping Centres and transportation.
Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome.
Management of customer enquiries and conduction of site tours.
Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates.
Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services.
Monitoring service standards and customer feedback.
Reception and other administration duties where required.
