The Role The Customer Support Representative role is responsible for assisting The Collagen Co's customers across every stage of their shopping experience by providing exceptional service, with accuracy, efficiency and a positive approach.
The role will provide and process information in response to enquiries, requests and concerns regarding products within a timely manner and has the ability to create and/or completely transform a customer's experience with The Collagen Co.
This role provides support to the Warehouse team by way to ensure all orders are packed and shipped within on time delivery standards.
The Customer Support Representative will manage and administer all platforms relevant to the Customer Support team and collaborate cross-functionally within the business and with external stakeholders Role Responsibilities Completion of adjustments or amendments to orders prior to the product being fulfilled.
Work collaboratively across all departments of the business as the "subject matter expert" for any, and all, customer support related matters.
Liaise with the E-commerce team in regard to platform or website issues experienced by customers.
Liaise with all transport/delivery providers and assist with any further delivery enquiries.
Develop a Complaints Register and prepare a monthly report based on the data and trend analysis.
Recommend and provide suggestions on topics or queries that have been Frequently Asked by customers to add to the FAQ's List when attending meetings with the Marketing team.
Assist in the development of a Product Fact Sheet to enhance internal processes.
Maintain knowledge of all facets of The Collagen Co.
business. Qualifications and Skills Experience in a Customer Support role with a fast-growing e-commerce brand.
An interest and understanding of health and wellness, nutrition, collagen, and supplements.
Tech-savvy with strong administrative skills in programs such as Shopify, Gorgias, Okendo, Recharge, Klaviyo, Aus Post Merchant Order, Ship Hero, CRM's and G Suite application.
