Consultants (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Fantastic opportunity for an experienced D365 F&O functional consultant to assume a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing development of Armstrong Flooring's new ERP.
About Us Armstrong Flooring is one of Australia's oldest and leading distributors of hard flooring for both commercial and residential markets.
Operating in Australia since the 1960s, Armstrong Flooring is Australia's only manufacturer of commercial vinyl flooring at its Braeside manufacturing facility, with a distribution centre in Queensland and national Australian and New Zealand sales teams.
Having recently been purchased by a well-known Australian family, the business is undergoing a digital transformation during a period of rapid growth in the Australian and New Zealand flooring market and requires a functional consultant with vision and enthusiasm to partner with users for the smooth and effective transition of Armstrong Flooring from Infor LX to Microsoft Dynamics, maximizing all processing, automation and reporting improvement opportunities.
The Role You will report to the IT Manager.
Initially, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate/partner with users to understand their needs and Armstrong Flooring's future system requirements, developing effective solutions and ensuring seamless integration of D365 throughout the business.
This will include: Developing and configuring various processes within Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business needs Functional analysis and design discussions, advising business users on the use of the solutions based on best practices and the business processes Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and implement optimal business processes using D365 Identify solution gaps, complete Joint Application Design workshops and prepare functional design documentation Participate in testing and quality assurance activities Provide end-user training and support Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during and after implementation About You You will possess the following qualifications: 3+ years of proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Demonstrated ability to deliver training Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential Experience with data migration and system integration Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure is desirable Excellent remuneration package based on experience is on offer.
