Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, the following:Provide overall leadership and be responsible for driving profitable growth targets, developing market share, and stimulating new business within the segment.Develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve financial targets for the region.Execute focused plans for strategic markets where we can grow faster and profitably.Based on market intelligence, analyze market development potential; define targets for customer groups.Drive business within the defined fixed expense frames and optimize and develop profitability.Responsible for overall customer experience and perception of Danfoss, as measured in the Customer Loyal Index (CLI) through delivering our brand promise and corporate initiatives.Develop and grow the team by:Strengthening leadership capabilities of sales managers within the area, improving financial result orientation in the management team, and developing a motivated and performance-driven organization.Increasing the productivity of the sales organization.Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a strong team of sales staff to capture market share.Building and expanding the Network by:Building relationships at executive levels, with industry and institutional influencers as well as representing the Company in public and private affairs, enhancing employer branding in the local market.Working with regional segment teams to deliver the best possible value proposition and ensure common alignment on strategies, forecasting, and business processes. Minimum Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses these skills:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management10+ years of prior experience in a similar role working with direct and indirect channels within the Electrical/Drives Industry.Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team in a B2 B environment.Basic knowledge in Electrical/Drive technologies.Experience leading a culturally diverse team.Ability to lead and drive organizational change.People management experience within a sales organization.Regional sales management experience.Superior business acumen and strategy deployment.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Proven communication and negotiation skills.Robust personal resilience, highly motivated team player with a strong personal drive.Excellent listening and communication skills.Proven experience operating in a matrix organization.
