This pivotal role released as an 18-month contract, will oversee the lifecycle of data products from ideation to execution and own the relationships with external vendors to manage data sharing agreements, negotiate engagement opportunities with potential data partners and lead the data product development roadmap for Leave Plus.
Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you will take pride in owning and negotiating data relationships with external vendors while managing data sharing agreements.
These will be unearthed by you after exploring engagement opportunities across potential data partners to improve the operation and regulation of our Scheme.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for data product development Design and drive best practice and compliance to enable data productization Explore engagement opportunities with potential data partners for improved service offerings Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features and define success metrics Support a high performing data team to execute on product roadmap and Data and Analytics strategy Oversee design, development and deployment of data products Drive collaboration with internal technology experts to integrate data products into existing systems and infrastructure Measure the impact of data products on business metrics and adjust based on feedback and performance monitoring Skills Required: Experienced contract, partner and vendor manager Proven success engaging and establishing data partnerships Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation Outstanding project management and leadership skills Exposure and experience with Agile methodologies in product development Understanding of data privacy, security and compliance requirements Exemplary verbal, listening and written communication skills Successful delivery of complex data products or solutions from concept to launch Proven success driving product strategy crafted from market insights and customer feedback Qualifications: Previous data team leadership or product management Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices Join Our Team: If you thrive in a strategic environment and are an analytical problem solver, then this new opportunity is for you.
