Experienced Dealer Principal / Automotive General Manager Profit share and equity opportunity Victoria based Our well-established and successful Dealer Group are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused Dealer Principal to join our team based in Victoria.
This Dealer Principal position will include Equity and a remuneration package consisting of a base salary + profit share and other benefits.
Role and Responsibilities Include: Will be responsible for day to day running of the dealership Driving the performance of the departments to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the departments Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position Dealer Principal Requirements: Prior experience in a General Manager/ Dealer Principal role Proven track record in Dealership management Excellent Leadership & performance management skills The ability to communicate effectively at all levels Business & financial acumen Analytical and problem-solving skills Planning and organising skills A flexible and adaptable approach Great computer literacy APPLY NOW through our online application form.
