As a Defined Benefit Specialist, you'll provide specialised care to our high value employers by leveraging data insights and excellent service.
The Defined Benefit Specialist is responsible for the resolution of defined benefit data exceptions and uplift of information quality across all employers.
The role is expected to support employers, internal staff and external stakeholders.
A key aspect of this role, Defined Benefit Specialist will need to regularly identify issues for immediate escalation and provide proactive assessment of employer needs.
They will also be responsible for analysing incoming information and identifying opportunities to uplift process, technology and overall data quality.
Day to day, you'll: Be the go-to for administration of defined benefit members where appropriate along with ad hoc support of the actuary function.
Deliver quality information to resolution support and education to customers at both a general and escalated level in line with agreed service levels.
Monthly reconciliation & co-ordination of Employer Pays invoices, and respond to Invoice enquiries from Employers, Relationship Specialists & Managers.
Action complex adjustments requests and assist with data integrity initiatives.
Performing quality checking in line with business processes and delivering training and coaching to relevant staff to improve service delivery.

Strong ability to educate staff and customers in data standards and exception resolution.
