Delivery Manager

Granite Consulting are seeking a Delivery Manager to join a dynamic team with a global retail client. About the Role: As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving project and programme management initiatives across our HR teams.
Your strong delivery focus and hands-on experience with Success Factors (and ideally Workday) will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
Collaborate effectively with HR teams to understand their needs and drive successful project outcomes.
Manage both onshore and offshore teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in project or programme management.
Strong proficiency in Success Factors; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of engaging with HR teams.
Ability to manage and collaborate with diverse teams, both onshore and offshore.
A delivery-focused mindset with a passion for driving results.
