Deputy Director Of Nursing

Wodonga, Yarra Valley & High Country VIC Full time $120,000 - $130,000 + salary packaging + super On offer is an exciting opportunity to work for an established Aged Care provider that prides itself on providing meaningful and compassionate care.
We are looking for a proactive and confident Deputy Director of Nursing who has had direct exposure to the accreditation process and has a thorough understanding of the Aged Care industry standards.
Working alongside a highly experienced Facility Manager, you will be well supported ensuring only the best care is delivered to residents.
To be successful in this role, you must have: Registered Nurse - AHPRA registration.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a DDON in a large home.
In-depth understanding of all Aged Care accreditation standards.
Proactive approach with an ability to manage and motivate a team driving continuous improvement.
Proven experience in being a part of a successful accreditation.
Strong knowledge of WHS, IPC, SIRS Reporting and complaints management.
Positive leader who is confident at leading a team from the front.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to lead & mentor teams.
