Management (Information & Communication Technology) ADP are #hiring! We are looking for a software development professional to lead a high-performing team of software product experts.
Reporting to the R&D Director, this role will see you provide technical and product thought leadership across Saa S and HCM solutions.
You will be accountable for full end-to-end delivery of software products with either direct or indirectly managed team members.
This role is based in our Mulgrave Head Office.
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
To be considered for this role, you will have: Strong experience in software development in a commercial product development team.
Hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies – Java, Node.js, Angular, as well as cloud migration or implementation experience in AWS.
Experience leading high-performing Scrum teams to deliver effective software solutions, preferably in a financial service or HCM environment.
