You will bring along the following: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry Strong understanding of the civil construction sector, including market trends and industry standards Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools The role will be responsible for: Contributing to Bild's growth plans by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market share Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand the client base Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects Fostering new client relationships and expanding existing ones to drive business growth Collaborating with internal teams to understand our delivery capabilities and ensure aligned strategic objectives Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, performance, and results The role spans across our Civil Business, encompassing opportunities in Civil infrastructure projects, land development, landscaping and sporting fields construction.
