Digital Architect - Hybrid

Work options: Hybrid As an experienced Digital Architect you will work within a financial services institution (FSI) to plan and implement digital infrastructure.
The primary focus is on creating effective structures within the organization's digital capabilities.
As a Digital Architect, you'll examine the FSI's needs, assess its existing digital capabilities, and design solutions that enhance productivity and user experiences.
Responsibilities Strategic Vision: Collaborate with senior staff members to understand organizational needs and goals.
Create a vision for the FSI's digital transformation, considering both short-term and long-term objectives.
User-Centric Design: Envision user experiences for customers, employees, and other stakeholders interacting with digital systems.
Ensure that digital solutions align with the FSI's brand, usability, and accessibility standards.
Digital Frameworks: Plan and design digital framework structures that provide optimal performance to users.
Consider scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing technological capabilities within the FSI.
Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to digital infrastructure.
Project Execution: Take a leadership role in executing new digital projects.
Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) designing digital experience solutions in an FSI environment.
Familiarity with modern technologies, including cloud services, APIs, and mobile applications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
