What you'll be doing:
Lead the requirements gathering and analysis process for digital transformation projects within the utilities sector.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
Provide expertise in digital strategies, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX/UI designers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Oversee the delivery of digital solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications, driving project alignment with business goals.
What you'll need:
Proven experience as a Senior Digital Business Analyst in the
utilities sector .
In-depth understanding of digital technologies and customer engagement platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of delivering successful digital projects.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the utilities industry is a plus.
