Today, Adore Beauty is a bustling, ASX listed quick-paced, passion-driven company employing around 200+ team members.
This role will predominantly be based in our Head Office in Northcote, reporting to the Head of IT Systems.
KEY OBJECTIVE: The role will play a pivotal role in analysing and documenting complex customer and business requirements for key projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and working with cross-functional teams to implement effective technical solutions aligned with our business objectives.
The Digital Business Analyst provides support across the full technology development lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and beyond.
You'll be highly organised and consultative, combining high levels of analytical skills to help develop solutions for customer and business opportunities and problems.
1 – Transformation Project Support Business case support for larger initiatives, high level scoping of costs/size and benefits to support prioritisation and capacity planning Assisting with RFPs; Undertaking desktop research, assisting in short lists, defining process, creating and managing documentation, creating scoring sheets Developing stakeholder RACI and engagement/communication plans Undertaking competitor research and documentation Documenting business and technology requirements including use cases, edge cases, test cases and unhappy paths.
Validating and refining scope with product/tech teams Work with product and technical teams to break work down and capture acceptance criteria and go live approval processes Defining reporting/measurement requirements Assist with change management; managing risk and change registers Other responsibilities as required Assist with initial validation, triage and prioritisation of technology tickets raised by business stakeholders Manage the vendor contract register and create processes to support contract management, negotiation and renewals 3 – Standard Operating Procedures/ Processes Create a process for capturing, storing and prioritising processes requiring documentation Understand and document the current processes technology-based processes and workflows across the business and technology partners, and maintain those documentations Identify gaps where processes do not exist and work collaboratively with the wider business to create and document agreed process Identify, automate and/or optimise/re-engineer key processes to streamline and transform business processes and drive efficiency Upskill key business owners of agreed processes so they can identify opportunities for automation/improvement and maintain documentation RELATIONSHIPS AND INTERACTIONS: Internal Technology team, especially Head of IT Systems and Product Lead ELT – CEO/CFO/COO/CMO/CXO/CTO Head of Data and Insights Customer Experience Manager and CX leads Marketing Leadership team People and Culture Team Brands Team Planning Team External Existing and prospective suppliers & vendors DECISION MAKING (Freedom to Act) & POSITION DIMENSIONS This role works under the direction of the Head of IT Systems.
This role has no direct reports and is not directly responsible for a designated budget, but may be assigned responsibilities at a project level as required.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS: This role requires the ability to: Sit or stand for long periods, as well as regular bending, crouching and reaching.
Use an appropriate lifting technique to manually handle office files and items.
Operate a computer accommodating reasonable adjustments.
React to a display (computer screen) throughout the workday.
Use a telephone within reasonable adjustments (including use of headset).
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 kilograms and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 kilograms.
