About the role: 12 Month Fixed Term | Melbourne Based | Hybrid The Digital Product team is responsible for driving sales and service adoption by identifying key opportunities that enhance the digital customer experience across core channels.
In this role, you will support initiatives that improve AGL's digital customer journey, working across various business domains and technical platforms.
You'll be responsible for all analysis activities, from inception to delivery, within your assigned area.
What you'll be doing: Lead stakeholder discussions to define initiative objectives and requirements.
Break down requirements into features, epics, and stories to ensure thorough coverage.
Assist the Product Owner in shaping initiatives and managing risks.
Define and communicate user stories and acceptance criteria to developers and testers.
Facilitate agile ceremonies like backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Contribute to improving team standards and practices for greater efficiency and quality.
About you: Previous demonstrated experience delivering initiatives end-to-end in an agile environment.
Ability to collaborate, influence and align individual stakeholders and teams.
Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and effectively manage.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
