As we navigate this exciting period of change, we are seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help play an important role in our journey.
The role This busy and varied role reports to the Head of Marketing & Business Development and will work closely with the Digital Transformation team.
Responsibilities: Digital Communications Implement Moores communication plans using digital, video and print marketing tools: Content development - prepare content as required for publications, newsletters, staff profiles, newsletters and website information; Social media – develop and post content to Moores Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
Monitor, improve and report on performance; Co-ordinate paid Google advertising as required; Email newsletters – manage Moores subscriber database through the Mail Chimp platform.
Develop and send email newsletters in line with Moores communications plan.
Monitor, improve and report on email performance; Website – maintain and monitor.
Analyse and report on website performance and analytics; Video – create and distribute video content; Graphic Design – maintain Moores' suite of template brochures utilising Adobe In Design.
Digital Transformation Assisting the Digital Transformation team to migrate Moores' data and design and build improved systems and processes in a new tech stack including: Design and develop a new Salesforce CRM and client intake process Develop firm-wide templates in a Smarter Drafter for Moores value pricing model Contribute to the development of a firm-wide workflow management system linked to client intake Design and develop improved dashboard and reporting for enhanced firm-wide data analytics.
Skills And Experiences Who are we looking for? Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Technology or Law Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital channels and strategies.
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, including interpretation of design concepts into solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes: Experience working in a digital transformation environment or on digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and the ability to build custom reports and dashboards Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
