Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for developing the digital marketing plans for AU, NZ, Canada, and the UK.
MARS Recruitment is partnering with a growing apparel retailer that is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team! Responsibilities: Lead the brand's global digital marketing strategy in collaboration with digital marketing agencies.
Develop digital marketing plans aligned with brand communications, customer strategy, and commercial calendars for AU, NZ, Canada, and the UK.
Manage the digital marketing budget, including forecasting and ROIs across multiple markets.
Oversee execution and delivery of all digital campaign materials, ensuring timely reporting and performance tracking.
Monitor daily performance across all channels, making real-time adjustments to strategies and budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Develop customer-centric, omnichannel campaigns with the CRM team to drive acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with the CRM team to create personalized, digitally led campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on creative and targeting, analyzing data and trends to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing paid channels.
Research emerging digital marketing trends, strategies, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing insights, optimizing spend, and enhancing performance based on data.
Evaluate new technologies and digital advancements to leverage them for campaign success.
Publish weekly and monthly performance reports, offering recommendations to improve overall profitability.
Identify and cultivate relationships with new affiliate partners to explore growth opportunities.
Partner closely with the e Commerce team to develop strategies that drive qualified traffic and conversion.
Negotiate and manage supplier and agency commercial contracts.
Criteria: 5+ years' experience in digital marketing (paid search, paid social, retargeting affiliate marketing, etc.) Retail industry experience highly advantageous Experience using data analytics and insights analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4 experience a plus) Social media expert, prior experience managing social media campaigns Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience in maintaining brand standards Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Additional point: Hybrid working environment (4 days in the office / 1 day from home) Office located in Richmond, Victoria Interested candidates are invited to apply directly to the role with your resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
