Team & Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Growth & Retention marketing team at Vanguard Australia. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering impactful campaigns, enhancing customer journeys, and driving business growth. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with the Growth & Retention marketing team to design and execute omni-channel customer lifecycle programs. Work closely with Marketing Managers to execute a range of client communications to engage, retain, and grow our customer base. Test and optimise creative assets, messaging, and marketing tactics across multiple channels to boost engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to develop personalised, timely and effective automated journeys. Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance overall customer experience and campaign effectiveness. Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve and innovate Customer Lifecycle Programs. Specialisations that will make an impact Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns to drive business outcomes (e.g. email campaigns, web landing pages). Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. Great stakeholder management skills to ensure effective and timely delivery of end-to-end digital campaigns. Displays initiative and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
