Role Role The Digital Communications Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing the school's digital presence and communication channels.
This includes creating and distributing a fortnightly newsletter, maintaining the school's website, creating presentation booklets and handbooks.
Management of the school's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Alumni, and Linked In, ensuring consistent and engaging content while monitoring and responding to comments is also required in this role.
Responsibilities Digital Engagement: Project manage and engage in the day-to-day execution of digital and communication activities, ensuring they align with the College's vision and values.
Develop a digital plan that aligns with the College's goals and objectives.
Create and implement a social media plan optimised for each platform.
Manage, store, and distribute photography and videos.
Create content, including videos and photos.
Design digital tiles for social media and the website.
Create and update photo and video content on the school TV screens at both campuses.
Maintain the College's photo displays in key locations.
Communication: Manage the College's website, ensuring content is updated regularly, as well as any social media sites/pages.
Manage the fortnightly newsletter.
Manage and create handbooks, information booklets, posters etc.
Increase the College's digital alumni presence.
Promote alumni events and alumni connections.
Provide a range of administrative support as required by the Principal Team.
