At Leave Plus we are focused on transforming our organisation to be at the cutting-edge of data problem solving and providing digital solutions to drive the successful regulation and administration of the Long Service Leave Scheme in Victoria.
This new performance-enhancing role will advise the business on improvements and marketing insights to generate traction across a range of digital platforms.
Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager you will work closely with the product teams, marketing and technology teams to design strategic improvements to current digital campaigns and digital channels to optimise our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse user data and behaviour to identify ways to improve our digital performance across channels Develop dashboards, reports and presentations to educate stakeholders on how to maximise impact across digital platforms Utilise data analytics tools to track key performance indicators and measure campaign effectiveness Optimise digital advertising campaign effectiveness by leading planning, execution and display options across search, social and video choices Tap into web analytics tools to track performance metrics aligned to KPIs Contribute to development of digital content in support of marketing strategy Stay across consumer behavioural analysis and trends to maximise campaign impact Skills Required: Proven data analytical ability Expertise across digital marketing tools (Optimizely, Hotjar, Data Dog, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads) Understanding of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing strategies Ability to optimise conversion funnels and drive customer acquisition via digital channels Successful results in campaign performance analysis and growth success from marketing strategies Qualifications: Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimisation and conversion rate techniques Digital marketing manager/lead or SME digital data analyst background preferred Join Our Team: If you are a results-driven, data-fuelled collaborator excited by digital advancements and familiar with keeping across key trends and the latest market insights across digital marketing tools and channels, don't miss out on this critical role in our high performing Data and Analytics team!
