Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions with clients
Develop and implement personalized mentoring plans
Provide strategic guidance and support to clients in achieving their career goals
Track client progress and outcomes
Participate in ongoing training and development
Create new leads through social media engagement ie Linkedin, Google, and such (support provided)
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 8 years of management experience across various industries
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities (executives, team leaders & managers welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
