Following recent expansion, this consultancy is now looking for a committed Director of Building Surveying to establish and lead a new team in Birmingham.
The Director of Building Surveying will be responsible for developing a team focused on the public sector, with an emphasis on project management and delivery.
This opportunity is ideal for a visionary individual who is ambitious and ready to take on the significant role of Director of Building Surveying, offering complete flexibility, autonomy, and limitless potential for growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience within the public sector is preferred
Ideally MRICS qualified
Business development & team management experience is beneficial
