Allied Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2025 Medical Scientists, Pharmacists and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 Grade 7 (AHP) or Equivalent 76 Hours per fortnight Full Time, Permanent (Option for monthly ADO) Note: This role is based in Echuca Victoria, 2.5 hours North of Melbourne.
ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council.
Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.
ERH provides a comprehensive range of acute, medical, surgical and sub-acute services plus residential aged care and a broad range of community healthcare services.

Join our team to experience a dynamic work environment with potential for advancement and professional development! Applications are sought from suitably qualified Health Professionals to lead the Primary Mental Health Department at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include: Work collaboratively with organisational leaders to ensure safe, effective and high-quality healthcare is provided to clients utilising Primary Mental Health services.
Actively lead the attraction, recruitment, retention, supervision and credentialing of staff.
Encourage a culture of learning by practising and promoting Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Research and Innovation in the workplace.
Ensure systems and processes are in place that support ongoing compliance with all applicable accreditation processes and legislation.
Accurately monitor, evaluate and report on financial and operational performance.
Participation in the Executive/Director on-call roster.
Qualifications/experience required: Tertiary Qualifications in an AHPRA Registered Health Profession or eligibility with equivalent registration body in accordance with ERH credentialing requirements.
Post Graduate Qualification (or working towards) in Mental Health, Leadership and Management, Public Health or equivalent.
Demonstrated high-level management skills.
