About the Role VCAT is seeking an accomplished Director, Project Management Office (PMO) & Program Delivery to lead and strategically manage the organisation-wide PMO.
This high-impact role focuses on driving service transformation, operational improvements, and stakeholder engagement across a critical portfolio of projects and programs.
Reporting directly to the executive director, this position will oversee project governance, resource management, and the development of project management and change capabilities across VCAT.
About You Our ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in managing a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar program management function, particularly in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
You bring a proven track record in delivering complex, high-priority projects that meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements while driving service transformation and operational improvements.
With a strong foundation in project governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement, you excel at establishing best practice methodologies and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
You are a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills, adept at building project management and change capability within your team to support VCAT's strategic vision.
