About the role: The Director, Regional Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for Nintex within specific geographical sales territories. They are directly accountable for the revenue generated throughout multiple sub-regions that form part of their territory. This includes the management of the Sales team that form part of that region. Your contribution will be: Drive Sales in region via partners and direct with Sales team. Recruit, induct and manage Nintex Partners in order to meet or exceed sales target. Create and implement a sales plan in conjunction with management team. Achieve sales revenue targets. Develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline within the territory; present sales forecasts in a timely fashion. Create and sell vertical market solutions and horizontal applications. Leverage our Strategic, Global and local Partner ecosystem to build pipeline and drive sale. Identify and coordinate key performance indicators with the Technical Evangelist team that align to net new sales team goals. Identify and remove, or signal to the VP, any road blocks to short or long term sales. Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Nintex products. Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure visibility of leading and lagging indicators that are established to track effectiveness of your team. Work with Product Marketing for sales readiness. Ensure that all Nintex business with its Partners are fair, honest and consistent. Provide Sales Leadership for Region and support TE functions in region. Travel will be required to manage regional relationships and work hours may vary based on regional coverage. You may be directed to perform other reasonable tasks by your manager. To be successful, we think you need: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in channel partner management in the Saa S industry (7+ years). In-depth knowledge of Saa S solutions and their applications. Strong understanding of the industry/market and its challenges. Excellent with customer relationships and engagement. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams. Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and other key performance metrics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-centric mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of trust and integrity, great influencer, respected by partners and customers. Strong attention to detail.
