About The Opportunity We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join a small supportive and inclusive team in providing quality support to our clients.
We offer carer support services, homeless outreach, and registered services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
As a passionate Support Worker, you will be responsible for the delivery of services purchased through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
You will use a person-centered approach to provide individual support and practical assistance to participants to assist them in achieving their goals identified under the participants' NDIA plan including the Support Categories that Wellways currently provides as a registered provider with the NDIS.
You will utilise your great problem-solving skills to take ownership of the role through advocating for clients to reach their full potential and eliminate any barriers to their success.
