The Salt Foundation is a registered NDIS provider with a proud history of providing programs that promote physical, social, and mental well-being for individuals, families, and communities.

Over the last 10 years, the Salt Foundation has donated proceeds to support those who are most valuable and disadvantaged in our community.

About the Role: We have several vacancies available throughout Melbourne for experienced Disability Support Workers.

Working with the Salt Foundation you will play a vital role in supporting our participants in pursuing their interests, developing new skills, achieving their lifestyle goals, and being valued as equal members in the community.
Your role may involve providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care, assistance with everyday household tasks, and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.
About you: Most importantly, you have a passion and desire to help and support others.
Clear and effective communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in record management Initiative and self-motivation A positive and professional approach Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, morning, day, and afternoon.
Relevant qualifications are highly desirable; however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.
