The Role: We are currently seeking a Lawyer with 2-3 years PAE to join our Resolution, Recoveries and Disputes team in Melbourne working in a dynamic and cohesive team on a wide range of small business recovery and disputes matters.
You will assist the senior members of the team in varied tasks including: Loan and security reviews Advising on various enforcement and regulatory issues Preparing default notices, demands, pleadings and general correspondence Carriage of defended and undefended claims Conducting research Attending Court The successful candidate will have: 2-3 years PAE Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Committed and intelligent approach to work.
A high level of attention to detail You will be self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence and ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and possess strong organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
