As the Divisional Director of Mental Health at Latrobe Regional Health (LRH), you will ensure the successful achievement of strategic, financial and performance goals for the Division whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement to meet business and organisational priorities. The Divisional Director will lead major operational improvement and continual improvement projects across the division and the organisation where directed. This will also involve leading service developments and quality and efficiency improvements aligned to the achievement of priority outcomes and the delivery of key performance indicators and deliverables. This will be achieved through effective leadership, efficient management and visible role modelling.

We are looking for candidates with:
A primary medical qualification which permits specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Fellowship with Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
Commitment towards the development of self and others
IMPORTANT:
