Senior Recruiter (HRC3) This is a one-of-a-kind sourcing recruiter opportunity! Join a team of 25 dedicated, cool, hard-working professionals located throughout Washington State who value collaboration and enjoy the discovery and use of techniques and tools that attract talent.
Our Senior Recruiters are jointly responsible for developing advanced and aggressive methods for sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting.
You will use your OSINT tools, manage projects, use consultative techniques to ensure understanding of the project scope, assess the complexity of the outreach required, make use of available technology and social media, and showcase qualified applicants to hiring managers.
You'll also coach our clients in appropriate pre-employment conduct and best practices to reduce risk and bias while promoting tools to enable their success.
You'll work to sustain our successful diversity initiatives by fostering and cultivating relationships with key people and large-scale occupational talent communities.
You'll enjoy a wide degree of creativity and latitude in your approach to your projects.

We're deeply aware of the impact we have in support of our agency mission—transforming lives! This is our senior-level role, and your qualifying experience should include: Experience in locating great talent! You have a social media presence.
You understand that job fairs are ineffective, job boards are dying, and social media is the current effective method for reaching talent.
You should also be aware that recruiting entails more than just posting jobs.
You have sales and marketing skills.
You can market yourself, DSHS, and the job you're recruiting for.
Excellent team skills.
A positive approach and collaborative communication are essential.
Your OSINT tools are extensive.
Managing your work is essential to effectively doing this work, and you know how! Deadline prioritization and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Succinct writing skills coupled with the ability to present information that's easily understood and interesting.
Ability to recognize unfair, subjective, or illegal practices during pre-employment and hiring activities and will take action to correct them.
You know how to leverage data.
You understand job market cycles.
You know that industry knowledge is critical to your success.
Active listening and communication in a manner that invites participation and diffuses potential conflict.
Hands-on experience with an ATS.
What we're looking for: A Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, human resources, social or organizational behavioral sciences, or a related field and two years of professional experience as a senior-level recruiter where sourcing was a primary duty.
Or, equivalent education/experience.
We're looking for consulting experience obtained from professional work experience in a high-volume staffing organization.
We work remotely.
Residing and working within the state of WA is required.
