Early Childhood Educator - Brand New Centre

About the RoleCire Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team at our brand new, purpose-built Early Years Learning Hub in Yarra Junction.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging educational programs using a flexible and integrated approach that is both inclusive and supportive.Form long-lasting relationships and work collaboratively with families in relation to the care, wellbeing and development of their children.Work in partnership with our children and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment.Contribute to the development and implementation of our kindergarten program, aligned with the Reggio Emilia approach to early years education.Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.Requirements: A degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA.Current VIT registration.Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management.Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team in the delivery of effective educational programs.A passion for educating and creating positive experiences for children, with a commitment to child safety and well-being.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families to achieve shared goals.About Cire Services: Cire Services is a community-focused organization dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care services.
