What You Will Be Doing The Clinical Educator Lead - Mental Health (Enrolled Nursing Program) is an integral member of the education and clinical leadership teams.
The clinical educator demonstrates flexibility in supporting all levels of staff across the organisation; with particular focus on education to mitigate risk, advancing clinical practice and developing staff along the novice to expert continuum.
The clinical educator works competently within their scope of practice delivering and facilitating education in compliance with evidence-based practice as well as hospital policy and guidelines.
This position will participate in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation of education services for Peninsula Health.
Classification: RPN GRADE 4 YEAR 3 (NP77)* Advertisement closes: 25th September 2024 What You Need We anticipate you will have: Qualified Registered Nurse who is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Current and extensive experience working within Mental Health Nursing.
Current holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willing to attain Prior experience in teaching or supporting learners Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-direction.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
High level of computer proficiency.
