The Integration Architect collaborates across the enterprise to develop integration capabilities, processes, and technologies that align with the Strategic Plan and Business Case. They design and implement integration solutions using middleware, APIs, and microservices to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity between diverse systems and applications. Operating at a senior level, they focus on sustainable technology investments, ensuring robust data exchange, system interoperability, and adherence to integration best practices.Your new roleSystem Integration and Build: Plans and drives activities to develop organizational systems integration and build capabilities, including automation and continuous integration. Identifies, evaluates, and manages the adoption of tools, techniques, and processes to create a robust integration framework. Ensures integration solutions are scalable and perform efficiently under varying loads.Solution Architecture: Provides technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration. Evaluates requests for changes and deviations from specifications and recommends actions. Ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices (including security) are applied correctly.Data Management (DATM): Ensures that the data architecture is aligned with the needs of the business. Develops and implements data integration processes and ensures data quality and consistency across systems.Technical Strategy and Planning (ITSP): Leads the creation and review of a systems capability strategy that meets the strategic requirements of the business. Develops enterprise-wide integration strategies and ensures alignment with business goals.What you'll need to succeedExperience in designing and implementing integration solutions using middleware, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Extensive experience in developing scalable and high-performance integration solutions, with specific demonstrable experience in system interoperability and data flow optimization.Exceptional proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including coaching, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and liaison skills, and the ability to adapt these to a diverse range of stakeholders and contexts. Public speaking and presentation skills are critical.In-depth knowledge of industry best practices to deliver major integration solutions on transformation programs, ensuring robust data exchange and system interoperability.Customer service focus and an ability to work under pressure in a multifaceted technical environment. Demonstrated ability to manage complex integration issues utilizing innovative approaches and best practices.Relevant certifications in the AWS, Oracle and/or Mulesoft stack.
