About the Company: Our client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Australia, is looking for a highly experienced electrical (automation) systems coordinator for their Melbourne city site.
Role Responsibilities: The coordinator will participate in all aspects of the electrical and instrument systems at our clients' CBD site.
Defined procedures and practices are to be followed in carrying out the work.
The coordinator will be required to work in a team environment and participate in the process of identifying improvement opportunities in relation to the standards, procedures, and practices employed by the team.
The electrical and instrument systems coordinator is responsible for ensuring that new and existing instrumentation and electrical equipment installed meet current and evolving facility requirements.
The coordinator will: Support E&I activities and permits.
Complete E&I TMP300s (equipment lists) from projects to ensure data is correct and up to date.
Support electrical work planning / scheduling / TECO in SAP.
Support Calibration Review project.
Support Alarm Management risk assessment.
Support deviation and other investigations.
Actively participate in the selection of electrical equipment and its supporting infrastructure to meet current and evolving needs.
Co-ordinate with other engineers, both internal and external.
Liaise with process, operations, and maintenance teams in the investigation of reported defects, including PIRs, and the identification of corrective actions.
Produce technical reports and participate in conducting and responding to internal audits and quality events.
Must Have: Ideally pharmaceutical background, or hospital or food industry background is acceptable or high-risk industry 5 years experience in a similar role Calibrations background Understanding of complex engineering systems Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Great time management skills Siemens PCS7 background Nice to Have: SAP experience BMS systems experience (computerised and automation systems) Experience in regulated industries Apply!
