About the Role We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Engineer.
We are looking for an experienced project delivery professional to lead the technical aspects across multiple areas in the project management framework.
You will be exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary on offer.
Projects may be based in metro Melbourne or in regional Victoria.
When working regionally there will be a 10:4 or 11:3 roster, and you will be paid a 25% salary uplift as well as a living away from home allowance.
Key Responsibilities Include: Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture on project sites, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring that work is carried out in a safe manner.
Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget considerations.
Managing the engineering and design phases of projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with various stakeholders, including internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
Managing the construction phase of projects, including monitoring progress, addressing issues, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
Implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control processes to ensure that work meets the required standards.
Tracking project expenditures, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project success, including issues related to safety, regulatory compliance, and project timelines.
About You Technical qualification relating to the industry.
Project Management and/or Construction Management experience, delivering design and construction works.
Experience with managing all facets of project delivery across multiple projects from initiation to completion.
