As a result, we are looking for a new Engineering Manager to join us.
About the role As an Engineering Manager, you play an important role as a leader across the Analysis and Delivery function in Commerce Services.
You provide leadership, coaching, support and act as an enabler to your team members to balance technology, delivery and outcomes in alignment with the wider group's objectives.
You will not only deliver and execute the product roadmap, you will also run and maintain what has been built once delivered to production.
About you and your skills Some of the things we are looking for: Minimum 5 years' experience leading multiple highly skilled technology teams and delivering large programs of work Minimum 10 years' experience in product development teams Deep experience building high performance teams, while coaching them to success using agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives Experience working in complex system architectures, operations and support structures.
Experience delivering outcomes as part of a cross-functional group, using onshore/offshore delivery model and with 3rd party vendors and integrators Tertiary qualifications in a technology engineering discipline such as computer science, information systems engineering, etc.
