Position Title: Enterprise Architect (Short-Term Engagement) Duration: 6 to 8 Weeks (with potential for extension based on process re-engineering outcomes)Location: SE Suburb, Melbourne Rate- $1000-$1100 all inclusive p/d Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a short-term engagement to assist with business process management, IT architecture mapping, and future state recommendations.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing our existing IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Business Process Management: Analyse and document current business processes.
Identify areas for improvement and re-engineer processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
IT Architecture Mapping: Map out the existing IT architecture, including systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Provide a comprehensive overview of the current state to inform decision-making.
Recommendations and Improvement: Assess the current IT architecture and business processes.
Develop and present recommendations for improvements and a potential future state architecture that aligns with business goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment between business processes and IT systems.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on current architecture, proposed improvements, and future state architecture.
Ensure all recommendations are well-documented and communicated clearly.
Infrastructure and software applications Qualifications: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a strong background in business process management and IT architecture.
Expertise in mapping and analyzing IT systems and business processes.
Ability to provide actionable recommendations and design future state architectures.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
Experience in a short-term or project-based role is preferred.
Additional Information: This position is a short-term engagement expected to last between 6 to 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on the outcomes of process re-engineering work.
