About the Role As the Customer Service Leader - Trade, you will manage the trade customer service area and stock lines.
You will lead a small team of customer service consultants to always encourage high level customer service to a range of clients including residential builders, project managers, plumbers and direct retail customers.
Potentially being a client's final stop in their process with Routleys, leaving a lasting and positive impression is essential.
This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with alternate Sunday afternoons required.
Duties Provide high level customer service Problem solving and resolution of customer challenges and needs Identify solutions for clients to provide first time resolution support Obtain and manage accurate customer information to ensure accurate records Keeping accurate records of customer interactions Taking orders and correctly processing billing and payments (POS and Eftpos) Revision and oversight of processes and work area, sharing continuous improvement opportunities Management of spare parts inventory and stock lines Skills & Experience Recent success in a plumbing retail or trade sales environment Strong customer service skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills High level of professionalism, presentation and manner Effective leadership skills Diligent, driven and positive work attitude Culture & Benefits Join the Routleys team where they recruit and retain the best staff who they empower, trust and support to succeed High staff retention rate and professional development opportunities Enjoyable culture with regular social activities and strong team connection Highly respected and valued retailer with an excellent reputation within the building industry Beautiful and modern showroom, trade desk and offices in a prime location How to Apply Click APPLY to submit your application including cover letter and CV in one document in Microsoft Word only.
