What you will learn How to administer and manage software How to create and remove user accounts How to build and deploy computers to meet client requirements How to respond to clients' IT-related alerts and resolve their technical issues How to triage and assign incoming tickets through our ticketing system How to solve "Fast Track" tickets (common, well documented requests) for our clients How to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support over phone and email How to deliver IT support best practices (ITIL V4) personalised training plan including Vendor Certifications (Microsoft, SOPHOS, Mimecast etc.) Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and/or TAFE certification Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communications skills Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment Logical problem-solving skills Engaging personally that reflects through your communication Desired (but not required) Drivers licence and a car Experience/exposure to an MSP environment Defence Force experience is highly desired A great company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
