Reporting to the Team Leader and working closely with a supportive team, you'll prevent harm to the environment while contributing to a positive organisational culture.
In this role you will: Conduct regulatory operations related to waste transport, ensuring compliance with environmental laws.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improved public health and environmental outcomes.
Support investigations, preventative projects, and emergency response efforts.
Represent EPA Victoria in building community awareness of environmental protection laws.
Skills and experience: A relevant tertiary qualification (desirable) and experience in waste transport regulation.
Project delivery skills including risk management and task prioritisation.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and proven ability to deliver regulatory operations.
Innovative thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively and build enduring relationships.
