This Opportunity The EPMO Practice and Capability Lead is a foundational role within a greenfield EPMO function and will contribute to the building of processes, methodologies, governance, and standards. This newly created position will play a critical role in the monitoring and development of the portfolio and aligning it with the delivery of Tas Water's Strategy. Design, develop and maintain P3 frameworks, standards, processes, methodologies, and documentation across the Enterprise. Support the passage of projects through each decision point by assuring the necessary actions and documentation are completed satisfactorily (as per classification and delegations' frameworks). Facilitate training and capability uplift actions across the business, informed by and supporting assurance findings and lessons learnt outputs. What we're looking for Due to the foundational nature of this role, we require a pragmatic EPMO expert who has experience in supporting the success of an EPMO from a greenfield state in a complex organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business which will require you to build and nurture relationships whilst effectively communicating the EPMO's role and value proposition. To be successful we're looking for the following experience: A track record of establishing successful relationships in a complex, diverse environment. Demonstrable knowledge and passion for the effective development of the P3 lifecycle, with experience coaching and training stakeholders in the adoption of improved processes.
