Highly skilled Commercial Estimator required for Mid-Tier Builder working on projects up to $30m in the private & public sector! With a diverse range of projects ranging up to $50m in value under their belt, you will be a key part of their ongoing success in the VIC market.
The role: Assist and play an integral part in the growth of the business Prepare and coordinate tender submissions & documentation Proactively follow-up and maintain communication with clients and subcontractors Provide competitive but profitable cost estimates Carry out quantity take off's or produce estimates based on bill of quantities Your Requirements: Degree qualified in Construction Management & Economics/Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Construction Previous Estimating experience on commercial projects up to $30m is essential Must have previous EOI and tender submission involvement VIC based experience & ability to develop key relationships with clients & subcontractors Able to estimate from first principles and can provide effective cost saving methods High attention to detail and strong work ethic in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
