Estimator | Leading Regional Builder

Job Description We're looking for an Estimator for a well-known and established builder who has a strong presence in regional Victoria.

Strong relationships across Victoria, enabling the builder to have a consistent pipeline Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets including: Community, Health, Education, and large scale Government projects.
Projects between $5m and $50m+ The Role: Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations, and scope of works Detailed take-offs Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently Initially working within a team environment as well as WFH autonomously (during COVID-19) Gather and manage the tender documentation Must Have: Construction related degree Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices 3+ years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally New build experience is preferable but not essential If this sounds like you and you would like more information, please APPLY NOW or give Ryan Wakelin a call on 0424 282 697.
