Event Coordinator

Justin Poem Pty Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing event management business dedicated to delivering memorable and successful events. Our mission is to bring people together through well-planned, creative, and seamless event experiences. We cater to a wide range of occasions, from corporate events to private celebrations.
We are not looking for an Event Coordinator to join the team. As an Event Coordinator, you will assist in planning and organising events, coordinate with clients, oversee event logistics, manage on the day operations, collaborate with marketing teams. You will also maintain communication with clients and provide regular updates throughout the planning process, prepare event budgets, track expenses and prepare post event reports and feedback.
The successful candidate will have
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least 10 years of experience in the field Works well in a teamLeadership skills Has a friendly and positive personality Confident, competent and self motivated and outgoingExcellent skills The salary for this position is $78,500 per annum.
